Iyan Aladuke Breaks Silence, Targets Femi Adebayo Over Eviction And Marital Turmoil

According to Ireporter Online, Omotayo Sanusi, widely known as Iyan Aladuke and ex-wife of Nollywood actor Femi Adebayo, has publicly criticized the actor over her recent eviction from a Lagos property and ongoing marital disputes. The controversy emerged after a family member defended Adebayo against allegations of wrongdoing.

Iyan Aladuke had earlier raised concerns on social media about the closure of her business due to circumstances beyond her control, prompting claims that she had been abandoned by her ex-husband. In contrast, a family member, Taiwo Abdulmalik, stated that she was aware of the situation and explained that the eviction was part of a bank recovery process, not a deliberate act by Femi Adebayo. Abdulmalik noted that Adebayo had purchased the property through a bank loan, and foreclosure proceedings were initiated after repayment challenges arose.

Reacting to the reports, Iyan Aladuke detailed her ordeal, insisting that she had never intended to make the matter public. She accused Femi Adebayo of bringing armed men to evict her and her aged mother, asserting that the incident was deliberately staged to avoid public scrutiny. She further claimed that the actor’s recent visit to their son’s school was an attempt to manipulate public perception after neglecting him for a year.

Iyan Aladuke emphasized that she would no longer remain silent about the situation, stating that the false narratives about her were unraveling while the truth about her ex-husband’s character was becoming apparent. She condemned efforts to target her reputation, insisting she would not be intimidated and called for a retraction of inaccurate reports.

She wrote, “I’m going through a tough time and really didn’t want to air it on social media, but here I am. The lies are falling apart, and people are seeing the true character. What did you expect when you took almost 20 armed men to a public place to evict people? My aged mother was thrown out with a gun. You always want to silence me by targeting my reputation. I’m done keeping quiet! You can’t silence me anymore.”
