Just In : Court Adjourns Ruling On Suit Filled By Kenechukwu Okeke Against Deji Adeyanju, Falz, Davido Others 

The FCT High Court sitting in Kubwa presided over by Justice Bello Kawu, on 30th June 2021, has adjourned for ruling on the dismissal motion filed by kKenechukwu Okeke to strike out the substantive suit filed by the celebrities to stop their trial and direct criminal complaint/suit filed by Kenechukwu Okeke at FCT magistrates court against them.

Their lead counsel,Samuel Ihensekhien, in the suit filed on behalf of celebrities with Deji Adeyanju name filed in representative capacity,sought for adjournment today on this matter, in other to serve the FCT commissioner of police and IGP hearing notices in this regard, which application for adjournment,the court granted and adjourn hearing on this suit to 2nd July 2021 for judgement/ruling of the Kenechukwu Okeke dismissal motion in this aforementioned case.

Also, Kenechukwu Okeke appeared in person and was seen in court with unidentified persons.The lead counsel representing all the celebrities, Ihensekhien Samuel jnr, further noted after the court session in his interview with journalists, that come 2nd July 2021, a couple of the said celebrities,activists will be in court on that day for ruling/judgement in this case.
