Former Nigeria President, Olusegun Obasanjo has met with the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi; and the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, in London.
Although the details of the meeting, for now, are still sketchy, it might not be unconnected to the 2023 presidential election.

Those who attended the meeting with Wike include the Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde; Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom; Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu; former Governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke, among others.
