An ireporteronline correspondent observed the significant military presence, which serves as backup security following an arrest directive issued by Governor Abba Yusuf. The governor ordered security agencies to urgently arrest and detain the dethroned Emir for violating his directive to vacate the seat and the state within the last 48 hours.
The entrance of the Nasarawa Emir’s Rest House, where Emir Bayero is currently staying, is now heavily guarded by combined security operatives, leading to heightened tension in the state.
