Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, former Governor of Kano State and the Grand Commander of the Kwankwasiyya Political Movement, has boldly declared that the Kwankwasiyya bloc remains undefeatable in Kano State.

Speaking at the Northwest University’s 2nd combined convocation ceremony after receiving an Honorary Doctorate of Education (Honoris Causa), Kwankwaso attributed the movement’s dominance to its long-standing investments in education, skills acquisition, and economic empowerment.

While addressing attendees at the event, Kwankwaso emphasized that any politician aligned with the Kwankwasiyya ideology automatically garners mass support due to the movement’s deep-rooted legacy in human development.

ACCORDING TO IREPORTER ONLINE, he proudly recalled founding the two state-owned universities—Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology, Wudil, and Northwest University—during his tenure as governor, which he said were part of a deliberate agenda to uplift the people through education.

“You can’t defeat Kwankwasiyya,” Kwankwaso affirmed. “We are visible across all parts of Kano because we built a legacy anchored on genuine human development. That’s why the movement stands tall and remains relevant.”

Kwankwaso further encouraged current Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and other state leaders to emulate the Kwankwasiyya model by investing heavily in education, stressing that the movement’s philosophy is rooted in providing every child access to free and quality education across Nigeria.
