Nigerian Lives Lost In Sudan Conflict? – Minister Speaks
Zubairu Dada, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, said on Wednesday that no Nigerian lives have been lost so far in Sudan’s crisis.

He stated this during a press conference following the Federal Executive Council Meeting, adding that the Federal Government had already finalized plans to evacuate over 5,000 citizens from the war-torn country.
He stated that the first batch of Nigerians will be transported on Wednesday, noting that citizens will be transported via buses through Egypt and then airlifted.
The evacuation of diplomats, women, and children is to be prioritized.
