Nigerians React As Tinubu Commends Wike’s Leadership For FCT Development (Details)
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, has commissioned the full-scale development of the Outer Southern Expressway (OSEX), also known as the Mahamadou Issoufou Way, in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). This marks the fourth infrastructure project commissioned by President Tinubu to commemorate his one year in office.
In his address at the commissioning, President Tinubu expressed satisfaction at the completion of yet another vital infrastructure project in the FCT under the leadership of the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike. He reiterated the government’s commitment to national growth and economic development through infrastructure provision, aimed at enhancing the quality of life for all Nigerians.
President Tinubu emphasized the significance of the Outer Southern Expressway expansion in improving road traffic conditions, transportation, and stimulating economic growth in the FCT. He commended Minister Wike and his team for their visionary leadership and dedication to the capital city’s development.
Describing Wike as a “force of nature,” President Tinubu praised the FCT Minister for redefining modern leadership in Nigeria and leading remarkable strides in infrastructure development and urban planning in the nation’s capital.
Under Wike’s leadership, President Tinubu noted, the FCT has witnessed significant progress in infrastructure development and sustainable growth, showcasing the importance of quality leadership in national development.
