Oluwadolarz Opens Up About Being Abused At Age Six

According to reports, popular skit maker Oluwadolarz has revealed that he was allegedly sexually abused at the age of six by a female neighbour. The entertainer shared the traumatic experience in an Instagram video, detailing the profound and lasting impact it has had on his life, including trust and relationship challenges.

Oluwadolarz stated that the abuse occurred over the course of a year while he was living with his grandmother, as his mother was attending nursing school. He described how the neighbour would lure him to the backyard after school and subject him to inappropriate acts.

Speaking out, he emphasized the importance of parents prioritizing their children’s safety and creating an environment where children feel safe to share their experiences. “Please parents, watch your kids. The damage caused by such experiences is unforgettable and can have long-lasting effects on one’s life,” he urged.

His revelation coincides with renewed attention on issues of sexual abuse following criticism of singer Simi over past social media comments. Simi has since clarified her position, expressing opposition to sexual violence. The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency also highlighted that successful prosecution depends on victims coming forward to report abuse.
