In a bold and defiant move, the leadership and members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ehaje Ward II, Ogbadibo Local Government Area of Benue State, have quashed widespread speculations of mass defection to the African Democratic Congress (ADC). During an emergency ward meeting held in Owukpa on Wednesday, party stakeholders reaffirmed their unwavering loyalty to the PDP and described the alleged defections as politically irrelevant. Echoing this sentiment, senior party figure and ex-lawmaker Hon. Matthew Abba praised the steadfastness of ward executives and elders. He hailed their refusal to be swayed by opposition tactics, emphasizing that Ehaje Ward II remains a formidable PDP stronghold. He assured party loyalists that the senator had no affiliations with any coalition and remained firmly rooted in the PDP.
