Phyna Fires Back At Critics Over BBL Backlash, Says “It’s Because You’re Broke
According to Ireporter Online, Nigerian actress and reality TV star Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has responded strongly to critics who condemned her for undergoing cosmetic surgery.
Speaking in a post shared via her Instagram page, Phyna dismissed the backlash, claiming that most of those criticizing her decision lack the financial means to afford such procedures.
She argued that if they had the resources, they would likely make similar choices regarding their bodies, stressing that financial capacity plays a major role in how people perceive cosmetic enhancements.
Phyna further maintained that public opinion on body modification is often influenced more by economic limitations than personal principles, insisting that many critics are only reacting negatively because they cannot afford the procedure themselves.
Her comments have since sparked widespread debate online about wealth, body autonomy, and the influence of financial freedom on lifestyle choices.
