Severe Suffering Awaits Nigerians If They Fail To Elect Peter Obi – Udeogaranya

Charles Udeogaranya

Chief Charles Udeogaranya, a former presidential candidate in the 2019 general elections, has warned Nigerians that if they do not elect Peter Obi, the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the 2023 presidential election, they will face squalor, concrete hardship, and acute economic austerity.

The former APC chieftain’s warning came just 72 hours after the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) revealed that 133 million Nigerians are multi-dimensionally poor, far exceeding the World Bank’s projection for the country.

In a statement issued yesterday in Abuja, the politician warned Nigerians who are not taking the issue of electing a credible leader seriously to reconsider the impending severe sufferings and poverty-related deaths that will engulf the country if Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) is not elected president in 2023.

The ex-presidential aspirant urges Nigerians to reject the presidential candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as birds of the same feather and men who have outlived their usefulness and should make way for Nigeria to survive if they mean well for Nigeria.

The politician concluded, “If we do not reject the APC and PDP presidential candidates, they will lead 99.9% of us into abject poverty and severe suffering.”
