Tension Eases As Details Of Crucial APC Stakeholders Meeting In Kano Surface

According to Ireporter Online, the Kano State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has formally endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term in the 2027 general elections. The resolution was reached during the APC stakeholders’ meeting held in Kano on Thursday, which brought together prominent party figures, including the immediate past National Chairman, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

Speaking to journalists after the meeting, party leaders praised President Tinubu for what they described as remarkable achievements under his Renewed Hope Agenda, citing infrastructure projects, human capital development initiatives, and economic reforms as key milestones of his administration.

The stakeholders unanimously pledged their support for Tinubu’s re-election bid, describing it as a move to consolidate the progress already made. The gathering was attended by Deputy Senate President Jibrin Barau, Senator Kawu Sumaila, members of the House of Representatives, alongside several former and serving political officeholders from Kano State.
