Addressing his congregation, Oyedepo expressed his enthusiasm for the government’s decision, highlighting that the new airstrip would greatly improve his travel arrangements. “I’m sure you’ll be pleased to know that the Federal Government has approved an airstrip for Canaanland. I won’t need to fly a helicopter to the airport anymore; I can now travel directly from here,” he stated.
