Tinubu Celebrates Stella Okotete On Birthday, Hails Her Service To Nigeria

According to Ireporter Online, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended birthday felicitations to Ms. Stella Okotete, commending her contributions to national development and her active role within the All Progressives Congress (APC).

In a statement issued on Monday by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu joined family members, friends, and associates in celebrating Okotete as she marked her birthday.

The President lauded her dedication to public service, describing her as a committed figure whose efforts have positively impacted both the nation and the ruling party. He particularly highlighted her contributions to the APC and the current administration.

Tinubu also acknowledged her steady rise in public service, recalling her tenure as Councillor in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State between 2008 and 2011, as well as her service as Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) from 2011 to 2015.

He further referenced her leadership role as National Women’s Leader of the APC Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) in 2020, noting her contribution to strengthening the party’s organisational structure.

Describing her as a “young Amazon,” the President expressed appreciation for her continued loyalty and service, urging her to remain committed to advancing national progress.

Okotete currently serves as an Executive Director at the Nigerian Export-Import Bank.
