Tope Osoba’s Burial Postponed Indefinitely Amid Family Decision

The burial ceremony of late Nollywood actress Tope Osoba has been postponed indefinitely, with her family saying a new date will be announced after further arrangements are concluded.

According to Ireporter Online, the Osoba and Awonuga families announced the development in a joint statement following the Candlelight and Artists’ Night organised in honour of the deceased actress.

The family explained that the postponement was necessary to allow it to address outstanding matters and reach the required decisions before announcing a new date and venue for the burial.

The families also appealed to Osoba’s friends, colleagues, fans and well-wishers to remain patient and understanding during the difficult period.

They expressed appreciation to everyone who attended the candlelight procession and Artists’ Night held to celebrate the actress’ life, as well as those who have continued to offer prayers, love and support to the family since her death.

The family assured the public that details concerning the new burial arrangements would be communicated through official channels once the necessary matters had been resolved.
