This comes after Seyi Law faced backlash for allegedly using derogatory language against Gbadebo, who is an MIT-trained architect and a native of Lagos.
In response, Seyi Law defended himself by asserting his stake in Lagos and referring to Gbadebo as the son of a returned slave.
However, another Twitter user condemned Seyi Law’s comments, describing him as a “mentally twisted failed comedian” for using slavery to gain social advantage.
The Twitter user further criticized Seyi Law’s character, likening him to a “lanky wanky” individual with misplaced priorities.
The exchange on Twitter highlights the importance of refraining from using sensitive historical topics such as slavery for personal gain or derogatory remarks.
