WAEC Releases 2026 WASSCE Results, Candidates Can Now Check Scores

The examination body announced the release through a statement shared on its official social media platform on Wednesday, informing candidates that they can now access their results through the WAEC result-checking portal.

WAEC urged candidates to generate their result-checking PIN and serial number before proceeding to view their examination outcomes.

The council stated that candidates can obtain their PIN and serial number by visiting the official WAEC platform and selecting the appropriate option for result-checking details.

To retrieve the required details, candidates are expected to select the relevant examination year and diet, provide their examination number and National Identification Number (NIN) used during registration.

After entering their email address and phone number, candidates will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) which must be verified before their serial number and PIN can be generated.

WAEC also informed candidates that they can download their identification cards to their mobile devices through the available platform.

The release of the 2026 WASSCE results marks the beginning of the result-checking process for thousands of students who participated in the examination across the country.
