Yobe Government Adjusts Working Hours For Public Servants During Ramadan

The authorization was conveyed through a statement issued by Alhassan Sule Mamudo, the Chief Information Officer at the Office of the Head of Service, and shared with the press.
As per the directive, public servants are required to commence work at their duty posts from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Mondays through Thursdays. On Fridays, the official working hours have been adjusted to run from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
“This adjustment is applicable only for the duration of the month of Ramadan (Fasting), with normal working hours resuming immediately after the conclusion of Ramadan,” the statement clarified.
