‘Man To Man Is So Unjust’ – El-Rufai Makes Cryptic Post On X (Twitter) Using Bob Marley’s Lyrics (FULL TWEET)
Nasir el-Rufai, the ex-governor of Kaduna, has turned to social media to share a veiled message after a few weeks since the Senate declined to confirm him as a minister.
El-Rufai was among the 48 nominees for ministerial positions presented to the Senate by President Bola Tinubu for the purpose of screening and confirmation.
Nevertheless, during the screening process on August 7, the former governor of Kaduna State and two other nominees faced non-confirmation by the Senate.
Citing “adverse” security reports regarding el-Rufai, the Senate requested that he await clearance before proceeding.

This incident triggered reactions both within and outside the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Although reports indicated that el-Rufai may have chosen to withdraw from the nomination process due to the delay, he refrained from commenting on the matter.
However, in a recent post on the social media platform “X” (formerly Twitter), el-Rufai shared the lyrics of Bob Marley’s song ‘Who The Cap Fit’.
“Man to man is so unjust, children/ Ya don’t know who to trust/ Your worst enemy could be your best friend/ And your best friend, your worse enemy/ Some will eat and drink with you,” the former governor wrote.
“Thank God, we’re past the worse/ Hypocrites and parasites (hypocrites and parasites)/ Will come up and take a bite (will come up and take a bite)/ And if your night should turn to day/ A lot of people would run away/ And who the cap fit let them wear it!/ Who the cap fit let them wear it!”
