BREAKING: Supreme Court Announces Date To Deliver Judgment On Atiku, Obi’s Appeals Against Tinubu (DETAILS)

The Supreme Court has scheduled Thursday for the verdict on the appeals lodged by the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and the Labour Party, Peter Obi.

Both candidates are seeking the apex court’s intervention to overturn the judgment handed down by the presidential election tribunal, which upheld the election of President Bola Tinubu.

Dr. Festus Akande, the Director of Information at the Supreme Court, confirmed the date for the judgment in a telephone conversation on Wednesday with Punch.

He said, “Tomorrow, Thursday, has been fixed for the judgment on the appeals brought by Atiku and Peter Obi.”
