BREAKING: Stunner As Appeal Court Delivers Judgement On Nasarawa Governorship Election
The Court of Appeal in Abuja has overturned the decision of the Nasarawa State Election Petitions Tribunal, which had sacked Governor Abdullahi Sule on October 2.
The appellate court, led by Justice Uchechukwu Onyemenam, ruled that the tribunal acted in grave error by using witness statements not front-loaded as required by law to nullify the election.

The court held that the tribunal denied the governor a fair hearing by not considering the jurisdictional issues raised during the petition’s hearing.
The decision reversed all orders against the governor and affirmed Abdullahi Sule as the lawfully elected governor of Nasarawa State.
