Per a report from Premium Times, Yul Edochie contested any formal marital ties with Judy, asserting that their connection was confined to their joint involvement in skit production. According to Emeka Ugwuonye, the legal representative for May Edochie, Yul made this declaration in his legal documentation. Ugwuonye further revealed that the scheduled court hearing on March 5, 2024, did not proceed as planned, and Yul’s team claimed credit for the delay, prompting clarification from their side.

In a video shared on Instagram, Mr. Ugwuonye emphasized that May’s position in the case of adultery between Yul Edochie and Judy Austin is bolstered by their acknowledgment of parenthood, which serves as incriminating evidence. He stated, “May doesn’t really have much to worry about at this point… If you had a baby, then adultery has been admitted by Mr. Yul Edochie and that’s the main issue.”

Further underscoring Yul’s stance, Mr. Ugwuonye shared a statement where Yul dismissed allegations of marriage to Judy, attributing their association to their involvement in skit-making. Yul’s response read, “Since the news of the birth of Star in June 2021, Gistlover as a negative blog that thrives in fake and manipulated information for financial gains has been negatively exploiting every movie or skit featuring the (me and Judy) and generating social media traffic for financial benefits therefrom.”

Additionally, Ugwuonye disclosed that the alleged skit-making duo has welcomed two children, a son, and a daughter, further complicating the narrative surrounding their relationship.
