Katsina Governor Inaugurates New Head Of Service, Retains Former Reform Adviser

Governor Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State has administered the oath of office to Alhaji Falalu Bawale, officially instating him as the state’s new Head of Service…..read also Katsina Governor Reveals Challenges In Combating Banditry And Kidnapping In Nigeria
Additionally, the Katsina Governor has sworn in Usman Isiyaku, the immediate past Head of Service, as the Special Adviser on Public Service Reforms and as a member of the State Executive Council.
During the swearing-in ceremony held at the Katsina Government House Chamber, Governor Radda emphasized that both appointments were made based on merit. He urged all permanent secretaries to collaborate with the new Head of Service to facilitate progress in the state.
Governor Radda identified time management as a primary challenge for the current administration, expressing the urgency to address numerous state matters.
Regarding the Special Adviser, Governor Radda commended his dedication and reliability, leading to his retention to leverage his extensive expertise for the benefit of the state.
