In a video, the governor voiced his discontent, criticizing the contractor for leaving the drainage incomplete despite the significant expenditure.
Speaking in Hausa, Idris remarked, “We invested N100 million to clear this drainage, but the work was left unfinished. It’s unacceptable.”
The governor has since directed the immediate removal of the refuse that was left by the roadside.
