“Every Kobo I Own Is From My Sweat” — Billionaire’s Son Raheem Okoya Declares
Raheem Okoya, son of Nigerian billionaire industrialist and founder of Eleganza Group, Chief Razak Okoya, has clarified that his achievements are the result of his personal effort and not his father’s immense fortune.
According to Ireporter Online, Raheem made this known during a recent interview on Wazobia FM, where he confidently stated that he earns his income through his own endeavors. He emphasized that every kobo in his account comes directly from his hard work and dedication.
“Yes, of course, I make my own money. I work and make my money. Every penny in my bank account today is based on what I do — my sweat,” he declared.
Raheem further explained that while he has not yet reached his ultimate goals, he is satisfied with his current achievements. He described himself as comfortable and grateful that his work is sufficient to sustain him.
“I’m comfortable. It’s not like I’m where I want to be yet, but what I do can afford to feed me,” he noted.
Despite growing up in affluence and facing public scrutiny as the son of one of Nigeria’s wealthiest businessmen, Raheem stated that he remains focused on his personal goals. He reaffirmed his passion for music and his commitment to building a name for himself through talent, discipline, and hard work.
