Stan Nze: I Can Forgive Cheating, But Not Repeated Betrayal

Nollywood actor Stan Nze has opened up about his views on love, forgiveness, and infidelity, stating that while cheating can be forgiven, such forgiveness should not be interpreted as permission for repeated misconduct.

Speaking during an interview at a movie premiere, the actor addressed questions surrounding relationships and marriage, particularly whether love alone is enough to sustain a lasting union. According to media reports, Stan explained that the answer depends on the nature of the love involved.

He noted that the kind of love capable of enduring challenges is not based on fleeting emotions or physical attraction but on genuine commitment, selflessness, and sacrifice. The actor emphasized that true love is characterized by patience, kindness, and a willingness to forgive when mistakes occur.

Stan argued that many relationships fail because partners struggle to extend forgiveness to one another, adding that authentic love provides the foundation needed to overcome difficulties and maintain healthy relationships.

On the issue of infidelity, the actor said he believes it is possible to forgive a partner who has cheated.
