According to Ireporter Online, British-Nigerian rapper David Omoregie, widely known as Dave, is set to stage his first-ever headline concerts in Lagos, marking a major milestone in his career.

The 27-year-old artist made the announcement via his Instagram story, revealing that his “The Boy Who Played The Harp Tour” will include a stop in Nigeria later in 2026. The Lagos leg of the tour is scheduled to take place on October 16 and 17 at the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and Creative Arts, formerly known as the National Theatre, in Surulere.

The forthcoming shows represent a significant homecoming moment for the London-born rapper, who has consistently embraced his Nigerian heritage through his music and collaborations with African artistes.

Dave’s most recent collaboration is with Grammy-winning singer Tems on the track “Raindance,” which appears on his latest album, The Boy Who Played The Harp. The single went on to reach number one in the United Kingdom, further strengthening the creative synergy between both artists.
