Abode Academy Produces 500 New Graduates In Landmark Achievement

Abode Academy has successfully graduated 500 individuals from its Advanced Realtor Certification Programme, signaling a major boost to Nigeria’s growing pool of trained real estate professionals.

According to the Academy’s Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, Damilare Oshokoya, the graduates, who completed the programme on March 28, are embarking on a new financial journey focused on wealth creation, financial security, and long-term opportunity. She described them as part of a movement redefining real estate, not merely as a career, but as a means to generate sustainable income and build lasting wealth through structured and transparent systems.

Founded in 2024, Abode Academy has quickly grown its footprint in the industry. Oshokoya noted that the fifth cohort recorded over 2,000 registrations, with 750 participants actively engaging in a four-day intensive training designed to equip them with the tools to earn passive income and contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s real estate economy.

“This programme is about more than transactions; it’s about shared prosperity and providing a system where individuals can intentionally create wealth, generate income, and secure their financial future,” Oshokoya stated.

The programme offered participants comprehensive insights into the real estate market, covering foundational knowledge, advanced strategies, and the realities of working within a licensed ecosystem. Industry experts such as Dr. Yemi Olodun of Hybridlandtech and Temiloluwa Dosumu of Landsafe.ng provided practical guidance on navigating the market and understanding legal frameworks, reinforcing the importance of due diligence and transparency.

Keynote speakers including Tope Mark-Odigie, CEO of REB360, and Paul Foh, CEO of Sales Factory, emphasized discipline, structure, mindset, and leveraging technology, including artificial intelligence, to scale success. Dr. Sunday Olorunseyi of Pertinence Group also urged participants to adopt long-term strategies and network strategically to build enduring wealth.

A cross-generational panel featuring Nifemi Kolade, Samuel Babatunde, and Madam Kofoworola shared real-life experiences, demonstrating that consistency, learning, and adaptability are essential for sustained success in real estate.

The graduation event also included a raffle draw with prizes ranging from N50,000 to N1,000,000 and a plot of land awarded to a participant, highlighting tangible opportunities within the real estate ecosystem.
