Akpabio made the statement in Abuja during the inauguration of road projects held as part of activities marking President Bola Tinubu’s third year in office. The Senate President urged Nigerians to remain vigilant, particularly against those involved in kidnapping for ransom, insisting that some criminal elements are intentionally carrying out abductions to spread fear and give the impression of widespread insecurity.
