Some party respondents are of the opinion that the next national chairman of the party must be ready to mobilize millions of party members to ignite their passion towards the common goal of the party and motivate the members to act towards the said common goal, only a competent and charismatic leader can spearhead such a movement.

“APC needs a dynamic leader that must motivate and inspire its members to rally around and support the party towards attaining its developmental goals for both the party and the society at large, we need a national chairman that would be an active participant in the growth of our Nation and must play his own part in making sure the policies of the party are executed by elective members of the party.

Only a national chairman that is open to diversity and can improve the communication gap with Nigerians by building strong and meaningful relationships across the board is what the party needs, a chairman who can recognise the value in others.” Timothy Osadolor, APC chieftain, Edo State.
