BREAKING: Benue Youth Leader Raymond Nago Asema Abducted by Unknown Uniformed Men in Makurdi

Prominent Benue youth leader, Ambassador Raymond Nago Asema, has reportedly been abducted by unidentified individuals dressed in uniform, believed to be members of the Nigeria Police Force.

According to a statement by Emmanuel Slimchild Shishim, Chief of Staff to Asema, the incident occurred on Monday around 2:30 pm, shortly after the youth leader returned to his residence.

“He was followed and forcefully taken by men in uniform who did not disclose their identities or where they were taking him,” Shishim revealed.

As of press time, there has been no official confirmation or denial from the Nigeria Police Force or any other security agency regarding the circumstances surrounding Asema’s abduction.

The development has sparked concern among the youth in Benue State, who regard Asema as a vocal advocate for their interests and welfare. Community members are calling on authorities to urgently intervene and ensure his safety.

Security agencies and government officials are yet to provide additional information on the matter.
