BREAKING: Court Takes Decision On Ganduje Dollar Case (DETAILS)

The Federal High Court in Kano State has set September 22 as the date for delivering judgment on the case brought by former Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, seeking to stop the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti Corruption Commission from investigating him.

During the court session on Tuesday, the counsel representing the anti-graft agency, Femi Falana, SAN, argued that the immunity of the former governor had ended on May 29, and therefore, no court in the country should shield him, his family, or his cabinet from investigation.

In response, the counsel representing Ganduje asserted that due process was not being followed, and it was infringing on his fundamental human rights.
