The EFCC, through an official statement on its X account, emphasized that President Bola Tinubu is providing a conducive environment for anti-graft activities, ensuring that no Nigerian is exempt from investigation for corruption allegations.
Olukoyede underscored the significance of the cases handled by both agencies, justifying their independent existence. He stated, “Nobody is too big to be investigated in this country.
Once you are not playing according to the rules, we will investigate you.” Despite concerns about duplication of responsibilities, Olukoyede emphasized the need for collaboration due to the monumental tasks at hand and limited resources.

The engagement signals a united front against corruption, fostering comradeship and fellowship to collectively advance the fight against corruption in the country.
