According to Ireporter Online, Yesiro passed away shortly after securing a fresh mandate during the party’s state congress held at the Mobolaji Johnson Stadium.

Confirming the development, the Lagos APC Publicity Secretary, Seye Oladejo, described the incident as a painful and tragic loss to the party. In a statement, Oladejo said the late chieftain’s death came at a time when his dedication, passion and commitment to progressive politics were most needed.

He noted that Yesiro had just been entrusted with the responsibility of serving in the State Executive Council, reflecting the confidence the party reposed in him. Oladejo added that the deceased embodied loyalty, dedication and a firm belief in the ideals of the APC.

The spokesman further stated that although Yesiro’s renewed tenure was abruptly cut short, he left a lasting impression on party members through his humility, enthusiasm and readiness to serve.
