The Director General of the Budget Office of the Federation (BoF), Dr. Tanimu Yakubu, has paid glowing tribute to the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, describing his leadership of the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) as a masterclass in integrity, austerity, and disciplined public service.
