Done Deal! Terem Moffi Joins Porto On Loan As Pirates Confirm Ndah Exit

According to Ireporter Online, Super Eagles forward Terem Moffi has reached an agreement to join Portuguese giants FC Porto on a season-long loan, opening a new chapter in his European career. The deal reportedly includes an option for Porto to make the transfer permanent at the end of the season for a fee of €8 million, subject to the player’s performance during the campaign.

The 26-year-old striker is already in Portugal and is expected to undergo a routine medical examination before the move is officially completed. Moffi’s decision to leave French club Nice follows a difficult period marked by an alleged physical attack by supporters after the club’s defeat to Lorient. The incident is believed to have affected his standing within the team, as he did not feature again for the Ligue 1 side thereafter.

Although Turkish Super Lig heavyweights Besiktas were said to be monitoring the situation closely, they were unable to finalise a deal for the Nigerian international before Porto moved decisively to secure his services.

In a related development, South African club Orlando Pirates have confirmed the departure of central defender Olisah Ndah. The Buccaneers announced that the 28-year-old has left the club as a free agent following a mutual termination of his contract. Ndah had struggled for regular playing time this season and reportedly requested an early release from his deal.

Ndah joined Orlando Pirates in 2021 from Nigerian outfit Akwa United and went on to make 81 appearances for the Soweto-based side, scoring once during his time at the club.
