Heartfelt Tribute: Phyna Honors Late Sister’s Son On His First Birthday
According to Ireporter Online, Big Brother Naija Level Up winner Phyna has shared an emotional tribute as she marked the first birthday of her late sister Ruth Itabor’s son.
The reality TV star took to Instagram to post pictures of her nephew, celebrating the milestone while expressing her deep affection for him. In her message, Phyna prayed for the boy’s growth and reflected on the absence of his late mother, writing: “Happy first birthday to Ruth’s son. Today, your mum is deeply missed. Grow old light, Aunty loves you so much.”
The commemoration follows the tragic death of Ruth Itabor, who passed away on August 31 after a road accident involving a Dangote Group truck. Phyna had publicly criticized the company and its owner, Aliko Dangote, alleging interference in the investigation. In response, Dangote Group assured full support to the family, including medical assistance and compensation.
Last month, Phyna shared an emotional note in memory of her late sister, describing Ruth as a significant influence in her life and lamenting the void left by her passing.
