JUST IN: APC Spokesman, Ogbonna Nwuke Resigns
The Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Chief Ogbonna Nwuke, has resigned his position as the spokesman of the party.
Nwuke, in a letter personally signed and sent to the leadership of the party in the state, said his decision to quit the position was ” strictly personal”.
In the letter dated September 19, 2021, and made available to the press, Nwuke said his assignment as the party’s spokesman is done.
“We believe that our assignment here has been done. We came at a time of great internal strife when there was a strong need to effectively connect with the party’s many audiences.
“Everything that has a beginning has an end. It is time to move on and time to concentrate on other things of great interest”, the letter read in part.
Nwuke further thanked the statutory members of the APC for the confidence they placed in him to serve the party in that capacity.
