According to court documents obtained exclusively by The U.S. Sun, Kevin is demanding the resumption of payments, which he alleges were stipulated in their Marital Settlement Agreement, after they abruptly ceased just prior to Wendy being placed under guardianship in 2022.

In the filings, Kevin states that their attempts at out-of-court mediation failed, prompting him to bring the case back to court.

“I rely on the severance pay for my living expenses, and having been without this income for twenty-three months has affected me greatly,” Kevin told the court.

Additionally, Kevin is requesting that Wendy, through her guardianship, promptly settle all outstanding severance payments owed at the time of the court’s order.

Kevin is also seeking authorization to handle documents related to Wendy’s AFTRA Retirement Plan, expressing willingness to execute necessary orders if Wendy fails to comply within seven days of the court’s order.

“I would not have to file this motion if the plaintiff did not stop my severance payments and if the plaintiff would have signed the qualified domestic relations order for the AFTRA retirement plan,” Kevin added.

Furthermore, Kevin urges the court to compel Wendy’s team to provide all bank records from the date of their marriage dissolution to the present.

In the documents filed last week, Kevin argues that he was promised access to Wendy’s financial records through her guardian during a mediation session in December 2022.

“In that mediation, [Wendy’s] counsel and Guardian agreed to provide statements to accounts and bank records they claimed to have gotten permission from the New York court to provide,” Kevin stated in the documents.
