Mayor Of London Reacts Following Chaos At Asake’s Concert
Sadiq Khan, the Mayor of London, has responded to the chaos that occurred at Asake’s concert. The 27-year-old singer’s concert turned chaotic on Thursday night, injuring ten people. According to reports, a large number of people without tickets attempted to storm Asake’s concert at the O2 Brixton Academy, critically injuring four fans.
The venue’s doors were locked, excluding many valid ticket holders as well as those attempting to gain unauthorized entry, and the show was canceled as a result.

According to reports, a large number of people without tickets attempted to storm Asake’s concert at the O2 Brixton Academy, critically injuring four fans. The venue’s doors were locked, excluding many valid ticket holders as well as those attempting to gain unauthorized entry, and the show was canceled as a result.
In a statement, Sadiq Khan expressed sadness over the incident and stated that an urgent investigation is underway. According to the Mayor of London, eight people were hospitalized and four were critically injured as a result of the incident.
He said “My thoughts are with all those affected by the awful incident at Brixton Academy. “Eight people were taken to hospital, with four in critical condition. “An urgent investigation is underway and I remain in close contact with the Met Commissioner since last night.
“I’m heartbroken that this could happen to young Londoners enjoying a night out in our city and urge anyone with any information to contact the police on 101. “I won’t rest until we have the answers their loved ones and the local community need and deserve.”
