Osimhen Set For Big Move? Lawal Tips Him For Madrid, Barca Shine
According to Ireporter Online, former Nigeria international Dimeji Lawal has expressed confidence that Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen possesses the quality required to thrive at either Real Madrid or FC Barcelona should a summer transfer materialise.
The Nigerian forward, who has continued to attract widespread attention across Europe following his impressive performances during his spell at Galatasaray, is reportedly being monitored by both Spanish giants ahead of the upcoming transfer window. Osimhen, 26, is currently regarded as one of the most sought-after strikers in world football, with his market valuation said to exceed €100 million.
Speaking in an interview with Complete Sports, Lawal stated that Osimhen has already established himself as a proven goalscorer capable of delivering at the highest level, insisting that a move to either La Liga powerhouse would not pose any adaptation challenges for him.
He noted that the quality of players at both Real Madrid and Barcelona would further enhance the striker’s output, adding that service from elite teammates would naturally translate into goals.
Lawal further emphasized that Osimhen would find it relatively easy to make an impact should he complete a move to either club during the summer transfer window, describing such a transition as seamless given his current level and experience.
Meanwhile, reports indicate that Arsenal are also among the clubs monitoring the Nigerian striker ahead of the next transfer window as competition for his signature continues to intensify.
