The airline confirmed one fatality and multiple injuries among the 211 passengers and 18 crew on board the Boeing 777-300ER.
The airline stated on Facebook that it was collaborating with Thai authorities to provide medical assistance to the affected passengers and was dispatching a team to Bangkok for further support. Meanwhile, Thai authorities have deployed ambulances and emergency teams to Suvarnabhumi Airport.
