Tragic Death in Ogun State: Roommate Alleges Knife Attack Before Found Dead

Sango-Ota, Ogun State – A tragic incident unfolded in Sango-Ota, resulting in the death of 35-year-old Emmanuel Urhobocha. The situation has left his family and community reeling from shock and sadness.

The incident was reported by Urhobocha’s roommate, Obabiyi David, who alleged that Urhobocha had been behaving unusually before his death. According to David, Urhobocha had attacked him with a knife, though David managed to escape unharmed.

The police were quickly alerted and dispatched a team to investigate. Upon their arrival, they found Urhobocha’s room locked from the inside. After forcibly opening the door, they discovered Urhobocha’s lifeless body alongside a container of insecticide.

Police spokesperson Omolola Odutola confirmed that Urhobocha was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. His body has been sent to the morgue for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
