Trump’s Reaction To Biden Dropping Out Of Presidential Race

Republican Presidential nominee and former President, Donald Trump, has reacted to Joe Biden’s sudden withdrawal from the United States presidential race.

Ireporteronline earlier that Biden, on Sunday, endorsed his current Vice President, Kamala Harris, to become the candidate of the Democrats for the November 2024 presidential election in the country.

Biden made the endorsement shortly after he announced that he was stepping down from the presidential race.

According to him, it is time for the Democrats to come together and defeat Donald Trump, who is the nominee of the Republicans.

Reacting via his Truth Social account, Trump said Biden was never fit to serve as President of the United States.

Trump wrote, “Crooked Joe Biden was not fit to run for President, and is certainly not fit to serve – And never was! He only attained the position of President by lies, Fake News, and not leaving his Basement.

“All those around him, including his Doctor and the Media, knew that he wasn’t capable of being President, and he wasn’t – And now, look what he’s done to our Country, with millions of people coming across our Border, totally unchecked and unvetted, many from prisons, mental institutions, and record numbers of terrorists. We will suffer greatly because of his presidency, but we will remedy the damage he has done very quickly. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.”

Why I Stepped Down – Biden Explained

Explaining the reason for stepping down earlier, Biden said it was his desire to focus on his presidential duties for the remainder of his term.

The US incumbent president said: “It has been the greatest honour of my life to serve as your President,” Biden said. “And while it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term.”

Ireporteronline reports that Biden’s presidential campaign had found itself under considerable scrutiny from members of the Democratic Party and donors from the entertainment industry following his lackluster performance in a recent debate with Trump on CNN.

During the discussion, Biden encountered difficulties in effectively responding to Trump’s arguments, frequently losing his train of thought and misfiring with his words.
