BREAKING: Buhari, APC Governors Meet In Aso Rock

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) is currently meeting with Governors of the All Progressive Congress governors in the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The meeting which is being held at the Council Chambers of the State House has in attendance are National Chairman of the Party, Abdullahi Adamu, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha and Chief of Staff of the President, Ibrahim Gambari.

All members of the Progressive Governors Forum are in attendance except Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna who is being represented by his deputy, Hadiza Balarabe.

While the meeting is ongoing, the screening committee of the party, headed by former National chairman of the party, John Odigie Oyegun is still busy conducting screening of aspirants for the primary election.

About 23 aspirants are being screened to take part in the primary election.
