If the walls could hear, oh what tales they’d tell,
Of whispered secrets and stories that swell.
They’d echo our laughter, our joy, and our tears,
And hold onto memories throughout the years.
They’d listen to arguments and passionate pleas,
And hear the soft whispers of hearts at ease.
They’d know our deepest hopes and fears,
As we shared our lives within these spheres.
The walls would witness our triumphs and falls,
The paintings of our lives upon their halls.
But though they listen, they never betray,
The secrets and stories they hear each day.
So if the walls could speak, what wisdom they’d share,
Of the lives and the love that blossomed there.
But for now, they stand silent, steadfast, and near,
Guarding our moments with walls that can hear.
