Speaking on Sunday at the Faji Community Crusade in Faji Town, Osun, Adeleke highlighted that the nation’s difficulties are a reflection of the people and their leaders turning away from righteousness. He emphasized that repentance and a renewed relationship with God are the key to overcoming the current crises.

Adeleke stressed, “Challenges arise when both citizens and leaders stray from the path of righteousness. Famine and other misfortunes are part of the prophetic signs of the end times. The only way forward is through repentance and reverence for God.”

He also expressed concerns over the leadership’s failure to prioritize the welfare of the people, especially once they assume office without concrete plans. He condemned political leaders for surrounding themselves with bad advice and dark influences that often hinder the fulfillment of their promises.

The CAN Chairman called on both leaders and citizens to turn back to God, seeking His mercy to heal the land and provide solutions to Nigeria’s problems.
