Edo 2024: Dennis Idahosa Roars At APC National Secretariat: Demands Justice Amidst Election Chaos, Urges Tinubu to Restore Order!
It appears that there is controversy and dissatisfaction within the APC (All Progressives Congress) concerning the recent gubernatorial primaries in Edo State. Dennis Idahosa, a leading gubernatorial aspirant, has reportedly stormed the APC National Secretariat to protest what he claims to be a flawed election process.
According to Dennis Idahosa, he was declared the winner in various wards across Edo State, supported by video evidence. However, Senator Monday Okpebholo was officially declared the winner by Bassey Otu, the governor of Cross River State, who replaced Hope Uzodinma as the chairman of the Edo APC primary election committee.
Dennis Idahosa has expressed concerns about the fairness of the election process and has vowed to submit a petition to the appeal committee. He warns that if his grievances are not addressed, he will take the matter to the law court to seek justice.
The situation underscores the challenges and internal conflicts that political parties often face during primary elections, and it remains to be seen how the APC will handle these grievances and ensure a fair resolution to maintain party unity.
