He Has Our Support-Moses Omo-Ikirodah Lauds Obaseki Over Construction Of New Airport In Edo North.

Engineer, Moses Omo-Ikirodah has commended the Edo State Governor, His Excellency Godwin Obaseki over the decision of the State Government to construct an airport in Edo North, according to the business mogul the decision to site the airport in Edo North is a welcome development which no doubt would improve the economic growth of Edo  North.

The politician acknowledged the huge investment opportunities in Edo North and further said the initiative was timely and no doubt confirmed Obaseki’s commitment towards the growth of the State, saying that the airport would give way for more accelerated development and prosperity.

“Godwin Obaseki has our support, we wholeheartedly are excited about this great news, we know the economical value of Edo North to Edo State and Nigeria at large, of course, this will have a long term positive impact on agriculture and investment.

Edo North would be opened to the world for trade and there are no two ways about it the State and the Nation at large would be the biggest beneficiaries.

I commend the Governor who is already in touch with investors into making this laudable project a reality”

A few days ago Godwin Obaseki in a meeting with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) members across wards and local government areas in Edo North Senatorial district announced the plans by his administration to build an airport in Edo North.

The state currently has a domestic airport in Benin City, it’s capital.
