The joyful news was announced after Olori Teniola-Faith successfully delivered the babies in the early hours of Monday at the Federal Teaching Hospital, Lokoja.

The Palace of the Olu of Apata, Oba Fredrick Balogun, was alive with songs of praise and dances as the community celebrated alongside the royal family.

Expressing his gratitude, Oba Balogun remarked on the faithfulness of God throughout their lengthy period of waiting. He marveled at the health of both the queen and the newborn triplets, viewing their arrival as a profound blessing.

The monarch further interpreted the birth of the triplets as an auspicious sign, indicating a year of abundance not only for Apata community but for Kogi State and Nigeria as a whole.

Acknowledging the support received, Oba Balogun thanked family members, friends, the people of Apata, and the hospital staff for their unwavering solidarity.

Chief Ayodele Rufus-Balogun, the Elsho of Apata, echoed similar sentiments, describing the birth of the triplets as a monumental blessing for the community and the entire district.

Mr. Babatunde Adekunle, Secretary of the Apata Community Development Association, expressed the collective joy of the community, declaring that 2024 holds promise and abundance for all.
